First you get a recruiter phone call. The Recruiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the company. She then forward my phone interview to the branch. Received a phone call for another interview at the location. The third interview was with the general manager of the branch.

You will likely be in a room with 5 senior management members asking redundant questions. Overall the interview was intimating and the process was extremely lengthy. I think it took about a month after I submitted my resume to get a call back and then another month before I got an in person interview.

Interview
I was first contacted by a Univar contract talent acquisition consultant. I then completed a pre-screen
employment questionnaire after which I had an interview. I went to the interview wearing a suit and tie. In contrast, and this was a major red flag in my opinion, one of the two men from Univar looked like a bum (that's right I said it) because he wore nothing more than a ratty looking flannel shirt and bluejeans.
