Received an email about 2 weeks after applying on-line asking for a time to schedule a call. Recruiter called and we chatted briefly about the experience and my work history. Very conversational and HR guy was very friendly. At the end he said he would email to set up a time for an in person interview. I received the email the next day, and went in 3 days later. Interviewed with a Director, Asst. Manager and the recruiter. They were very pleasant, and the interview was intense but we had a good rapport. It lasted about 45 minutes. At the end, they said they would let me know if they wanted to proceed. I got a call from the recruiter the same day to come in for a second interview 2 days later. This time I interviewed with the manager I would be reporting to, and another senior manager. It was more intense, but overall I thought the experience was good. I left with no expectations. I received a call from the recruiter the next day asking me to come in for a third interview with the GM. This interview was more about my personality, and why I wanted to work for the company. The most laid back, but also gave me a good feel for the company.
