The process took about and an hour.
The attendees were willing to provide more info about the company products and the work that they do on their offices.
At the end of the interview there was a 15 minute skill test based on c++ .

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unify in Feb 2017

I applied through their workable listing.It took about about a month for the application to be processed.I was contacted by the HR at the beginning and had a brief conversation asking for information regarding my application. After the initial conversation I was contacted to schedule an interview with both a team leader and team leader.In theinterview we discussed in depth my cv,skills,projects and previous experience.The interviw lasted for about 1 to 1 and a half hours.

Primeiro me ligaram, depois marcaram uma conversa e um teste sobre programação. Foi bem tranquilo, bem rápido, o pessoal da entrevista foi bem legal, explicaram bastante sobre a empresa e os projetos no qual eu poderia vir a trabalhar.
