Their objective is to assess whether you possess the skills, aptitude and experience to do the job. They will also attempt to ascertain whether you can do the job, are willing to do the job and how you will fit in with the organisation.

Interview
I had to check my currriculum with the producer and human ressources person. They asked me a bit about my old jobs and my motivations. After they told me a bit a bout the project i was applying for. They then told me they would contact me within 1 or 2 weeks

Interview
At that time, I had just got out of school and this was my first interview ever for an animator position. I had the recruiter and 3 other people in front of me. I was asked common questions, but also some others that were somewhat difficult, as if they thought that I worked for years in the industry. I didn't feel This whole interview made me very uncomfortable, even though I felt confident at first and was prepared.
