Uber Senior Operations Manager interview questions

Waste of time. First Round: Screening by HR Second Round: Analytics Excel Test Third Round: Behavioural Interview +Case Made it to third round the first time. It went very well and answered the case well. Didn't hear back. Fast forward 6 months I apply again through employee referral and this time recuriter gets me directly into the 3rd round. I don't hear back and then two weeks later recruiter tells me they decided to go another direction.
