Waste of time.
First Round: Screening by HR
Second Round: Analytics Excel Test
Third Round: Behavioural Interview +Case
Made it to third round the first time. It went very well and answered the case well. Didn't hear back. Fast forward 6 months I apply again through employee referral and this time recuriter gets me directly into the 3rd round. I don't hear back and then two weeks later recruiter tells me they decided to go another direction.

the third round case question was how would you improve customer pick up in a congested area. eg how can improve customer to accurately pick your car in a club district or after a sporting event. Secondly how would you measure your initiative to be successful. Third who would be the stakeholders involved

Interview
The HR was quick in response and very helpful. After the initial HR call was the interview with the hiring manager. Then I got a project to prepare for the presentation, and the final round was made up of 2 1-1 interviews with some partner teams and the presentation to the team.

Cold and unwelcoming experience. First question after a minute of small talk was: Tell me about yourself. I started talking about my professional experience. Interviewer interrupted and suggested that he has my CV and I don't need to repeat it. Moved to preset situation questions.
