Uber Programme Manager interview questions

Initial phone screen on background and interest in the role with some description about what the role was about, then more detailed interview on background and scenario-based questions focused on subject matter for the role.

I have given 4 rounds of interview , I felt it was a very good fit for my profile., Process took around 2 weeks.Initial Hiring manager round went very well , other two rounds were fine , last round I was not so sure about . Even after follow up I never heard back from HR. Have been ghosted by them and found it really disappointing.
