Uber Ops Manager interview questions

The interview process was very well-organized and professional. It started with an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by several structured rounds with members of the operations and regional teams. Questions were a mix of behavioral and case-based, mostly focused on marketplace dynamics, decision-making and operational rigor. Each interviewer was clear, respectful, and well-prepared, and the whole process moved quickly without unnecessary delays. I especially appreciated how transparent and communicative the recruiter was throughout. It made the experience feel thoughtful and efficient.
