Uber Operations Manager interview questions

1) Screening Interview 2) Analytical Test 3) 2nd Screening Interview. Very nice and helpful HR people at Uber that ask you about your background (elevator pitch), what you know about Uber and why you are a good fit for Uber.

I completed 3 stages 1. phone screen with HR - very straightforward, asked about previous work experience and why you want to work for Uber and what makes you a great candidate 2. Analytics quiz - not super difficult but I would recommend preparing, get familiar with the lingo and see if you can find some examples online 3. video interview with person you would be reporting to - fairly casual, asked about interests and previous work experience. Also asked 3/4 short case questions. Be prepared to talk about the UberEats business model. Know what some of the challenges are and be prepared to discuss them. I didn't advance to the onsite interview.
