initial interview (including small case), second interview with hiring manager, and case interview with exec level managers in APAC. The process took about 1.5 month overall, all done remotely. the final case was data analysis of past months data, and 45 minute presentation.

If uber was to organize a charity run and wanted to arrange cars to pick up the participants at the end of the race. How would you calculate the number of cars that must be sent to the goal at a given hour?
Very laid back. Asked me questions about the background and motivations for the role. Had to present any analytical study I had conducted in the past two years. Had to speak to my line manager to see if I was a cultural fit.

Q: How would you respond to riders who are upset with the fees.
It was time taking but well coordinated. Each interview was performed differently. 3-4 rounds generally happens. Last one being a leadership check. The HR would give insights on the interviewer and things to note for the next interview.
