I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uber (Bruxelles) in Aug 2017
Interview
Great experience overall. HR contact was very engaging with exceptionally quick feedback and follow ups. The process was made up by (1) a HR background and motivation call, (2) an online analytics test, (3) VC call with operations manager and (4) three onsite interviews with a.o. General Manager of but Belgium and The Netherland.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uber (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2017
Interview
1) Screening Interview 2) Analytical Test 3) 2nd Screening Interview.
Very nice and helpful HR people at Uber that ask you about your background (elevator pitch), what you know about Uber and why you are a good fit for Uber.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
I completed 3 stages
1. phone screen with HR - very straightforward, asked about previous work experience and why you want to work for Uber and what makes you a great candidate
2. Analytics quiz - not super difficult but I would recommend preparing, get familiar with the lingo and see if you can find some examples online
3. video interview with person you would be reporting to - fairly casual, asked about interests and previous work experience. Also asked 3/4 short case questions. Be prepared to talk about the UberEats business model. Know what some of the challenges are and be prepared to discuss them.
I didn't advance to the onsite interview.
