Uber Operation Manager interview questions

Went through 3 rounds. 2 with senior managers and one with the regional lead. They asked about my background and then moved onto more technical questions, trying to understand my organizational skills and how I would be suited for an ops role. Also did a test to text logical reasoning and numerical ability.

The interview process is a three-step process involving a phone screener, a data analytics test, and an interview with the managers. The process is described in the initial screener. I only made it to the data analytics test.
