Not really like Uber but I tried to apply. It's funny when after more than a week I got the email from them. They said "We were lucky to get a slew of applications for the role, but yours was one of the few that really stood out. Please be informed that we already have a couple of candidates who are in the later stage of the process, and in order to speed up the process, I would like to send you the Uber analytics test, which all our candidates must complete and pass."
It seems they send that email to all applicants and get the data. After reading comments from Glassdoor, I also tried to access their 2-hour test and finish it with n/a answer. The calculation is not too difficult so don't worry, just be prepared a convert tool from csv to excel

Interview
I was asked to take a 32 question exam testing me on my ability to analyse and process raw data. After that I had an interview with the head recruiter of the region about my background. Then I had an interview with someone in the same position that I was applying for basically testing my ability to think through the issues at Uber relevant to ops and logistics. Then I had an interview with the country manager trying to know more about me and whether or not I was a fit for the company culture. I then interviewed with a few more people on the small team one of which was a community manager who checked my communication skills.
I also did the online test - I also thought, as the other, reviewers that the test is of medium difficulty, neither easy not too difficult. You just need to stay focused, keep control of time and be comfortable with excel. I think one of the key issues is that the first questions are of great difficulty (probably on purpose) so don't get discouraged. Stay focused and remember that you also have 4 open-ended questions in the end to complete so leave aside at least 20 mins to do so or better 30 mins to ensure a quick 10-min recap of what you completed in the test (note: you can re-visit any question).
