Phone screen with recruiter that was at best surface level. Despite not getting an offer, the feedback was sparse and I feel I wasn’t even given an opportunity to highlight my experience.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me through LinkdIn for the Strategy and Operations Manager position in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was very kind and professional.
1. Phone interview: it was in english, general questions about my background, set of skills and understanding of Uber metrics and operations. It was good.
2. Analytics test: it was long but not really hard, the key to the exam is LEARN PIVOT TABLES AND FILTER if you are not familiar with excel. Then, I would prepare some short emails like a special promotion or a congrats email to the drivers, that will save you a lot of time.
3. I am currently in the third stage which is a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Lets see how it goes..
If I do pass this exam, there is another case study to be presented to the actual uber team.

Interview
It was a multi-step process but very smooth and quick as well. Screening with a recruiter, analytics test, interview with the team, take-home case exercise and presentation with team leads, cultural fit interview.
