Uber Manager Strategy & Operations interview questions

Super smooth, took about 1 month, got feedback very quickly throughout different stages. There was also a case study, which required pretty much effort. The main issue was that final rounds consisted of 3 interviews. Even though I knew that I underperformed during the first interview, I still had to take 2 more interviews, which obviously wasn't necessary.

Only HR round - didn't call back after screening. Not sure what happened since HR said the team lead would send out an invitation. Also apparently everyone is really busy...because response is slow, and also hr being late for interview
