The process had 5 stages, including interviews with Tech recruiter, Hiring Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Challenge and final business case presentation. The overall interview experience was good and the process was smooth.

BEWARE of inconsiderate and unprofessional recruiters. Your time will be wasted.
First, the recruiter I worked with was unable to share full details on the compensation despite asking me about my compensation expectations. They straight up said "I don't know how much equity is offered in this role". I've never worked with a recruiter that didn't have details on compensation. That is very basic.
After this, they scheduled me to meet with the hiring manager. The recruiter said I did well and to expect someone to reach out to schedule the next interview. Crickets. No one reached out for weeks. After following up a few times, the recruiter finally tells me weeks later the role had been closed. What a complete waste of my time and poor expectation setting by the recruiter.
