Was contacted via email 3 days after my initial application for the role and informed to pencil myself in for an interview based on Interviewer's availability on Calendly. Sent a chaser email to thank the Interviewer and indicate my looking forward to it.
Interview was scheduled for 10 days later. Waited 45 minutes in the meeting room for said interviewer to show. Had sent a reminder email after 5 minutes and then a follow-up after the entire period.
No follow-up, tried connecting on LinkedIn, no response either. Was completely ghosted by the organisation. Happy to provide proof of communications if necessary.

Interview
It was a standard process with recruiter reaching out to schedule an interview. After resume screen he told me that I will be talking to the Hiring Manager and another Senior Product OPs guy from the team.
The other 2 interviews were back to back of 30 minutes each. Questions were related to daily Ops challenges faced by Uber and your problem solving around it.

Q1) If a driver has to pick someone up from Connecticut and drop them to a location in New Jersey, what aspects would you think to decide the right fare so that it is fair to Uber's driver partner as well
Q2) A customer in downtown Boston books an Uber to go to one of the suburbs around Boston. What aspects should be considered in the algorithm to determine which driver should be mapped to pick up & drop the customer

Took more than 1.5 months. One round with HR, then hiring manager then was asked to create a power point based case study which required a lot of research, time and effort to put everything together. Got rejected after that

Product decision related questions, how would you decide which feature to push, A/B tests etc
I never heard back. I applied through referral link and no one ever reached out. There was also no confirmation of application even which was a bit odd to me. Regardless of qualification, a confirmation that the application was received would have been nice.
