Very thorough interview process. Well thought out and detailed. Starting with a phone screen, followed up with an assessment, and then a round robin in person interview session with a mock pitch at the end. The Uber team was very on the ball with their communication.
Easy interviews up until the final round. Every interview started 10 minutes late, then got ghosted after the final round. Final round was a mock sales pitch that they give you time to prepare for but expect you to know more than you should for an entry level position
