Applied through a university. The process took about 3 weeks. The interview itself was short: I spent 10 minutes with two employees who asked me questions about myself, what value I can contribute to Uber, etc. I had my own questions about internship experience at Uber, but my interviewers did not give me a chance to ask them any questions. I got an impression that they were not interested in "selling" me the company.

Prepare a pitch about the next on-demand service Uber should offer to its customers. After delivering the pitch, I was asked follow-up questions about my idea implementation, etc.
The process involved multiple rounds, spanning system design, data structures and algorithms, and behavioral questions. They expect thorough knowledge and solution and answer. Asked relating to resume to explain some projects also.

Interview have 5 rounds, 2 medium, 2 system design, and the behavior interview. The whole process includes lots of technique staff. Need to be prepared, like practice coding on platforms like LeetCode
