Interview with HR, cognitive test, creative assignment, interview with hiring manager, interview panel with 4 people incl. hiring manager, 30 slide city presentation preparation, presentation to regional director + 2 other. I didn't make the presentation as well as I could, so they wanted me to meet the team too. Met 3 guys in a cafe, had a chat with them. Weird, as they were supposed to be my potential subordinates, and they were interviewing me... At the end was told that I don't have enough leadership experience... To be fair, I didn't make the presentation well and it was mentioned too, but nevertheless, the main reasoning was lack of leadership experience, but it was clear from the CV! Why waste 2 month of my time then? The people I talked to were nice though. The business is quite tough though, at least in Russia. After making driver income analysis, I realized poor bastards had to work 10 hours a day 6 times a week to make an average salary! Of course, it is their choice, bla bla bla, but you need to be prepared to be talking to a part of drivers, who will hate you. Cognitive test is quite easy to find online for 50 bucks or so.
