O processo seletivo foi organizado e bem estruturado. A entrevista ocorreu de forma clara, com perguntas sobre experiências anteriores, atendimento ao cliente e resolução de problemas. Os recrutadores foram educados e objetivos durante toda a conversa.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uber (Limerick, Limerick) in May 2025
Interview
Divided in many steps like a test followed by 2 face to face interviews. Usually there is a lot of candidates, but they usually only approve irish or english native speaker, despite of the experience.
The process was pretty easy. I got through multiple stages before I was rejected. The first stage was an automated questionnaire process.
A few weeks later I had an over the phone interview.
