Uber Global Data Analyst interview questions

About a week after submitting my application I heard back form a recruiter and scheduled a phone screen. My interviewer was 10 minutes late to my interview and proceeded to follow an extremely scripted dialogue. She responded to any job related question I asked by re-reading quotes from the job description script, which she had already told me earlier. When I asked her about her experience at uber and her specific company culture likes/dislikes, she could not answer the question. I got the impression that she was just hired and had never had an HR position before.
