Uber General Manager interview questions

Interview came as part of the MBA recruitment process. I got a call with the hiring manager, who however called me from a crowded place and the connection was really bad. He informed me that I would get an Excel test and to arrange for timing with HR. As planned I got the Excel test, which was challenging. After a few days I was told that I did not pass the test. I asked for feedback because I wanted to understand where I failed, but to my disappointment I got no feedback.

Skype Call and one interview. They send me an email to arrange an interview and gave me a calendar with posible dates for the call. At first I schedule an appointment and the recruiter didn't show up, and didn't told me why, so I re schedule another one, and finally we made the call.
