I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied online and the recruiter reached out to me. Then I spoke with the manager of the team. Pretty conversational but definitely need to know about the role and company. Lastly, they sent me a case study to prepare for a mock sales pitch. Presentation went well but they tried to trick you with the negotiation process at the end.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The recruiters were helpful and quick with their responses. But the actual interview portions were terrible. To begin, it took 3 tries to get an initial interview because the original interviewer was "sick". They did not give me any heads up and left me on a empty zoom call for what was for the allocated time for the interview. When I finally did get an interview, the person was asking me quesions I would answer very clearly. He would then ask me a quesion I just answered.... Then while I was answering the question, not only was he not listening, he was eating his lunch! He then stated that he said I needed experience in some spots; but he wasnt listening to my responses when the experience I had was exaclty what the company was looking for! Not only that, the interviewer said I would be pushed through to the next interview stages because he liked me (shocking, I know). But get this, I never hear from him or my initial recruiter about when the next interview would be! I reached out multiple times.... This company does not seem to care much for peoples time and just leaves them in the dust. It was extremley unprofessional.

Interview
Detailed, but efficient process, moved very quickly which was a plus. There was no trying to trick you, but they did throw a couple curve balls to see how you would respond.
