Uber Account Manager interview questions

Phone screen, assignment, face to face interview. They wanted to assess your phone etiquette and how you would handle situations that a customer may face. They asked a lot of situational based questions. They explained in depth about the role and what type of candidate would be successful and allowed me to confirm why I believed I would be a good candidate to choose.

Two-step interview. Started with a personal overview of myself, my education and background. Also, questions about the company and how much did I know. Then, moved to another one. Kind of the same questions with more focus on your previous experiences.
