I had to sit through a series of boards when people asked me about why I wanted to teach students and I explained to them that I wanted to be the person who teaches someone who is so frustrated they want to give up. These are the type of people I like to teach because, when they reach the moment in time when they finally catch on and understand what is being said, I think that is the best moment of instructing.
