Meet with the recruiter, you do a back ground check, make sure everything checks out in your application, then you start the MEPs process. Once you take your medical exam you are given a date to ship out for boot camp.
4 year degree, ROTC program/Officer Training School/Academy. Plenty of discipline training followed by training and a contract with a minimum of four years. The process can take a a few months if you have a bachelor degree or as long as 4 years through Academy or ROTC with minimum fitness and medical standards to maintain throughout the process.

There really was no interview process. You just walk into a recruiter's office and ask to join. It was pretty easy, besides the recruiters being on break all the time.
