I applied online. I interviewed at TotalEnergies (Genève)
Interview
Two Rounds after screening: The first was with my future manager and another member of the team I would be joining. It was mostly competency based questions, about my motivations, interest and knowledge of the sector. The second interview was with the head of recruitment at HR, very similar to the first. Easy, quick and smooth process.
