The first two are conducted via HackerRank coding and video platform including simple to mid-level coding tests and questions regarding testing strategies. The last round is performed by video chat with a team lead all about the testing strategies.

The first is phone screening and it would not be too much technical stuff. They will ask you more technical questions in the second round. I think I'm not well-prepared for the phone screening interview.
