HR replied very fast, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very good communication.
Interview was also very conversational and professional. All in all, a really pleasant experience (of course, you still need to prepare for the interview)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TikTok (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2021
Interview
A screener with a sourcer, pretty general, then followed by four virtual interviews over Zoom. The whole process from initial contact to offer took a couple of months. Each interview is gated. On reflection it's a really good process as they won't waste your time.
