TikTok Program Manager interview questions

There were 5 rounds - hr screening, peer, hiring manager, xfn teammate, hrbp. I finished all rounds for 2 long months only to know after 1 week of the hrbp interview that they chose another candidate who is more senior.

Total 4 rounds excluding recruiter round. Mostly about situational questions on how you manage the situation and your approach on problem solving. Please note different roles have different process, at least I have tried a few roles and they are all different
