TikTok Manager interview questions

The process is impersonal. You get a call from the recruiter and then automated messages from there to the next stage. They communicate via automated messages - it could be more personal. The interviewees are very friendly and people at the company seem really nice. However, I was disappointed with the complete lack of diversity - they are mostly male and almost all from Lebanon with the same background. You also feel TikTok is there to just copy and takeaway from other social platforms instead of creating their own mark. However, this is a faced paced environment and can provide alot of opportunity and fun challenges
