O processo de entrevista teve o total de 3 fases - uma com o RH, outra com uma QA e a última com o QA leader -, onde foi buscado entender um pouco mais sobre a minha pessoa, minhas experiências prévias e analisar como eu lidaria com certos tipos de conflitos e com a própria agenda da empresa em si. Em todas as entrevistas tivemos alguns momentos de conversação em inglês já que é uma das coisas esperadas para o cargo.
Não foram entrevistas fáceis demais, mas também não as considero difíceis se você for preparado para aquilo que quer para a sua carreira profissional. Todos os entrevistadores foram super gentis e me fizeram ficar confortável antes de partirmos para aquela famosa parte "dinâmica" da coisa.
Mais uma coisa positiva de todo o processo seletivo está sem dúvida na transparência do RH, onde eu sanei todas as minhas dúvidas, pude saber desde o início quais seriam os próximos passos e como eu poderia me preparar melhor para cada etapa.

There was 4 interviews in total, the first was the recruiter, the second was a manager, the 3rd was a team manager and the final was with HR. They used the STAR medhod in all.
