Initial application to screening call took four months. Three telephone / video interviews within a seven day period then silence from HR. No feedback provided even after multiple follow ups.

Entire interview process is long but structured; went through 4-5 series of interviews. Problem lies on TikTok's failure to finalize headcounts prior to posting job openings. I experienced having my final interview cancelled because the position was put on hold.
