Interview
It was great, all super well organized. I have 5 stages of interviews with managers in Dublin and Chine, and everything was great. My recruiter was super kind, and supportive and was very much needed for this kind of process. I would recommend anybody to come and join us!
Overall, the interview process was smooth and quick. The recruiters were swift and detailed in the setting up the interviews. The interviewers were professional and friendly. I got results of the interviews pretty quickly after the interviews as well.

Reached out by a recruiter. After submitting my resume, took around 1 week to hear back from the recruiter. There was 3 rounds of interview, first with another recruiter, next with the team manager, final round with HRBP.

My role was for Tik Tok, Trust and Safety. Interview process was quite fast with maximum 1 to 2 weeks between them.
I had a total of three interviews. First one was a call on WhatsApp with the recruiter. Second one was over Zoom with a Key Player. The final interview was virtual as well with a HRBP and a Key Player.
I had regular and prompt updates from the recruiter after each interview, which enabled me to get a clear picture on the next steps.
Within a couple of days after the final interview I was made the offer by phone call. Afterwards most of the communication was over WhatsApp, which made clarifying questions and communicating with the recruiter very convenient.
