TikTok Content Moderator interview questions

There was a total of three interviews. First one on the phone, second and third ones via Zoom. Pretty easy ones. The third one was longer, the rest around 15 minutes each. Previous experience. Language test. Situational questions. TikTok values. TikTok history.

There were 4 phases, and they asked same questions. They focus on asking about stress and repetitive work. The recruiter was nice and always available, and the interviews were 30 minutes long
