TikTok Content Moderator interview questions

Easy but unclear as I was not receiving clear instructions and after going through all the interview process & saying that I was the chosen one, they put me on hold for 1 month without a clear reason & after getting back in touch with me I needed to go again through another interview + they put me on hold for 1 more month.

- Phone Screen call w/ Talent Acquisition team (30 minutes): talk about past experience as moderator - Leadership interview w/ Team Leader (30 minutes): more personable; talk about how you handled this job prior - Leadership interview w/ Site Supervisor (30 minutes); more formal; talk about more situational types of scenarios using past experience
