TikTok Content Moderator interview questions

Long and twisty. Two months after a phone call + an online interview, I learnt that the position I was interested in had been put on hold. They told me about a vacancy for the same role in a different team, so I agree to attend a second interview with a different TL.

Four interview sessions in general. The hiring manager did not want to share their salary range for this position. One of the sessions was a language test for two of the required languages for this positions. The tests were relatively pleasant. An interview with a team leader was very low-key and nice, the team leader did not use too much of a formal language and asked all the expected questions like "tell me about a time you failed"
