I applied online. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Stuttgart)
Interview
After sending my resume, I got an e-mail saying that they'd like to have a first interview with me. It was a talk with a recruiter. The recruiter appeared 10 minutes late to the interview then he asked a lot of questions. He mentioned that I was probably going to be disqualified for the process because I don't speak fluent German but that he would check with his superior and let me know. I replied that if it would have been shown in the job description, I wouldn't have applied since I know I don't meet this requirement. Some days after, I got a generic e-mail saying that I was rejected because they felt my experience wasn't a good match. I was expecting a 1-1 response from the recruiter about the German requirement like he agreed in the interview but instead I was disappointed by a generic e-mail. To be honest, it felt like a complete waste of my time.

Interview
Extremely difficult but worth it, there were a lot of tests but all have a reason behind - you will just see the big picture at vey the end.
I would say that the testers are highly experienced and the test itself should not be taken lightly.

I was for an initial interview with two inexperienced guys, very easy questions related with my background and my projects. I answer all the questions and at the end asked them several questions about the company and the processes, they shown insecurity and didn't answer my questions.
I got an email with the rejection, I am not pretty sure why I was rejected.
