Thoughtworks Developer interview questions

Interview at thoughtworks began with telephonic round with HR partner followed by two rounds of technical interview. Technical interview consists of problem statement, approach discussion, estimation to complete. This round is pair programming round. They evaluated the capability to understand and execute the solution. Next technical round involves measuring depth of knowledge one holds on programming. Mostly questions will be asked from technologies used on previous projects.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds - Aptitude, Code pairing, Technical interview and HR interview. Even though I got rejected in the HR interview the interview was a very good experience.
