Interview
I submitted my CV through an HR directly. After a week, she contacted me via my mobile number and asked me to do an interview. I went to the Bangkok office and did this. The most questions are related to IT skills and the projects I applied to, such as JavaScript or simple algorithms questions. Some questions are tricky. If you pass this interview, you will need to do another interview with managers, which might do through teleconference.

Interview
Description of company and job role, including the product features and commecial target.
Then they asked technical questions about prog languages. Some of them where some kind of moot point / edge cases which I doubt are useful evaluate the skills of a candidate. Some time after I knew that it was more for evaluating the communicatio skill of developers -- still skeptical.
Finally I asked more info about the role, team, context etc.
