Interview
On day 1, there was a 1:1 with the project lead for 2+ hours. I liked the way he put forward the real problem the team has been trying to solve. Did the whiteboarding together. Really enjoyed the process.
Then a few more interviews with the team members.

Question 1
How to partition a huge volume of data for distributed processing?
Interview process lasted for 2 weeks . It started with HR discussion followed by Codility test for 90 minutes. Next step involved 1 hour technical interview on Phone which involved some basic java questions and some more questions of average difficulty.
Next week there was a technical interview for 2 hours face to face in Toronto office. first hour involved some technical questions and behavioural questions and next hour next round was system design round.

Thread class. Race condition. Callable and Runnable . Synchronisation. Java 8 etc .
System design-- white boarding with lot of interaction and counter questions.

Interview
Straight forward and to the point. Questions were direct and not tricky to confuse. They seemed to know what they wanted and there was clarity. The panel was easy and helpful, not intimidating.
