it was a face to face interview in a class room setup. Both the hiring manager and HR person were in the discussion together. While the hiring manager looked at the fitment , hr person was asking questions around soft skills

Interview
I had a preinterview screening by the HR contact, and was then brought in for an interview with 3 technical staff members, and then the hiring manager and one technical staff member. The questions asked covered both technical and your typical interview topics. I had recently left a position elsewhere, and was not probed for details for my departure from the previous position(which had not been a good match, but had been a great exploration for me).
