Interview
While the initial stages of the interview process were positive, the final interview was undermined by an interviewer who exhibited overconfidence in their expertise, leading to a dismissive and rigid approach. This ultimately manifested as hostile interviewing techniques that hindered a meaningful exchange.

Interview
3 round process.
1 - Basic problem solving- simple
2 - Technical interview, no coding task- very easy
3 - Behavioural interview - no idea where I failed, I was rejected here. I was more of an backend dev, but the project is more on front end, guess this would be the reason.

Do you prefer working on front end or backend, which is more comfortable?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters in Aug 2024
Interview
Screening interview with Talent Acquisition, take-home technical challenge (4-6 hours expected with 5 days to complete), 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, 1.5 hour panel technical interview with developers and product manager where we spent the bulk of the time going over my submitted code challenge. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. The Talent Acquisition team was incredibly communicative and kept me informed as to the status of the process and next steps.
