The hiring process was very good.. they were very clear abt the process and what are they looking for in a candidate...
The interview process are very much professional...
they are specifically looking for a person who is very good is UI testing, Database testing and SQL Queries...
They hire people for two things
Skills and Talent..
The First test was the written test.. In the Written test interviewer informed us abt the written test and the whole thing, He is very polite and profesional.. He explained abt the paper and told us if in case we have any doubt , we can call him and ask him any time..
There were SQL queries related to two table
Then from the screen we have to find the issues related to data inconcistency and UI issue..
Then Technical round 1 and 2.
Interviewer informed us
in case you guys clear all the rounds.. dont assume that u are selected.. still we were compare the file..
till the time you dont hear from us..
Dont Assume anything!
So i found them straight forward... and professional...Keep it up!
