First telephonic round which includes our introduction and testing our communication skills,proof reading round,last manager round. friendly environment at Manager round. interview was good. General questions were asked in interview.

I filled out an application. Took a typing & spelling test. Then sometime after that I was called for an interview. Then I went to the interview and chatted with 2 people about the work that they were hiring for. It was 20 years ago, so I don't recall much else.

As I recall, one of the things they asked me was what kinds of work didn't I like to do. Then they just told me about their proof reading requirements and various testing steps.
