The Interview was very good, mostly you can find a competitive friendly Environment. First there would be a General personal touch followed by a JAM session and then there would be a writing test on English and XML related questions, once cleared there would be a Ops Man round by senior managers and the team lead whose team you are getting recruited for. Even in Ops round there would be a friendly environment.
