Initial communication through my university career center. A TR recruiter contacted me and then we set up an appointment. I traveled to their location and then had a brief tour, followed by 2 interviews and a sit down with a current rep. I met with the person who I would directly report too and then her boss. Both were very nice and made the interview process seem less worrisome than they can often be.
