After completing the initial phone interview with Human Resources, an in-person interview with a staff member, an in-person interview with the hiriing manager, submitting 2 writing exercises, and re-submitting a writing exercise, I found out that I was not selected for the job by noticing that it was re-posted on a popular job board. If a candidate is not selected for a position, then extending the professional courtesy of directly informing the candidate would be greatly appreciated. A declination via phone or e-mail would be more than sufficent.
