I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Eagan, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interview is very relaxed, although the process itself is drawn out. I initially started with a phone interview. It was conducted by a low level person, essentially reading questions of a piece of paper. If they like those answers enough you get called in for another interview in person. I've never had more than those two interviews, but I think a third one is possible. Even after interviewing, it can take a month or more for them to make a decision. I was initially told two weeks, and then told two weeks again when I called on the deadline for an update.

Interview
It was a very nice and smooth interview and onboarding process. There were 3 rounds, first a phone screen with HR, second 1:1 with supervisor, third a 1:1 with director-grade supervisor. Everyone was friendly and professional. Negotiation of salary with HR was also done professionally.
