Thomson Reuters Editor In Charge interview questions

I applied online and went through several steps. First an HR interview to make sure I met the basic requirements of the job and to ask more about it. Then a first-rounder with one of the leaders of the team. I then had to set aside three hours to take an editing test. Finally, I had a panel interview over Zoom with several different editors and managers. Despite all of that, they ghosted me and never gave me a response, even after I asked them for one. Thanks for wasting my time.
